UPDATE FROM J. HARNISCH

Dear Porcelain Utopia Readers,

It’s a good—a great new day. Good sleep over here is a continuing struggle, but I’ve been maintaining good spirits. Consistent decent sleep is so key to a healthy life and mind, especially with schizoaffective disorder, and I seem to get one good night’s sleep about once a week. I’m working on meditating “better,” rather with more self-discipline. Everything is going smoothly and well, I’m happy to write.

Having had 5 or 6 hours of some good sleep last night (up at 4 AM) I will seize the day and keep on with my resiliency against, or with, my conditions.

I’m thinking only possibly looking to polish up some of the I AM JONATHAN film, at least taking another look at it, for myself. It’s hard to watch, I know. The illness—the symptoms never go away, it’s a matter of coping with them the best one can, in my opinion.

I do want to thank all of you publically for all the personal and some public feedback from the documentary—a real challenge.

As for the increase in hits on the hit counter, I had just this morning realized on the main board of this site that I had the counter set from a much later date than the site had started, and was completely astonished when I had set it to include the site stats (hits) since the day of inception in early 2011 and to my surprise, there have been well over 10 million hits here on Porcelain Utopia (jharnisch.com) not even including the 4 or 5 other domains that forward here as well. 11,000,000+ hits.

I’m so glad I could reach so many of you, glitches aside on the main site—it’s kind of a full time job running this website and the content.

You all are so wonderful to me, and whether on The Real Me, or wherever you find me and I find you… I am so glad to be a part of each other’s lives.
