Good morning to all of you, first. Facebook is my fave place w/ fave peeps. Even with thousands of "friends" on other platforms. U all rock. Good stuff going on in the arts & socially. Great MH pride since I'm in a manic state again w/ <a class="StrictlyAutoTagAnchor" title="View all articles about thought here" href="http://www.jharnisch.com/tag/thought/">thought after <a class="StrictlyAutoTagAnchor" title="View all articles about thought here" href="http://www.jharnisch.com/tag/thought/">thought (creative & "brilliant," as they come in and remain in memory) — onslaughts of <a class="StrictlyAutoTagAnchor" title="View all articles about Porcelain Utopia here" href="http://www.jharnisch.com/tag/porcelain-utopia/">Porcelain Utopia posts I see as photographs w/ words & images. So in lieu of it all, simply, I decide to simply sit by our waterfall and just stay put, just for now; mindfulness & problem solving, said a mentor are the keys to <a class="StrictlyAutoTagAnchor" title="View all articles about CBT here" href="http://www.jharnisch.com/tag/cbt/">CBT, I sit and watch instead, Milli Vanilli on repeat in my head. It seems to come down to experience and learning... And the rest of the <a class="StrictlyAutoTagAnchor" title="View all articles about thoughts here" href="http://www.jharnisch.com/tag/thoughts/">thoughts I allow and roll on. Be well.
